Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- height between 5'0 and 6'0 without shoes
- must be able to fit into a jump seat harness and seat belt without modification
- must possess a valid passport with the legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries served by Envoy
- must meet all requirements to enter and exit Canada including no criminal history within the last five years
- willingness and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and trips up to four consecutive overnights
- ability to push, pull, twist, turn, and lift equipment, carts, and doors of various weights
- maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and comply with all uniform standards
- possess the legal right to work in the United States
- possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license or passport
- ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
- access to reliable high speed internet and a computer or device capable of downloading Microsoft Office Suite
- willingness and ability to attend training in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX with portions unpaid
- ability to relocate immediately to an assigned crew base without reimbursement
- must fulfill FAA criminal background checks for airport security identification display areas SIDA if applicable
- must be able to secure appropriate airport and customs security badges if applicable
- tattoos and body art must not be visible in uniform
- body piercings limited to single ear piercings with no visible facial or other piercings
- no extreme hair or nail colors or styles
- government-issued IDs must match passport name
- federal law requires disclosure of DOT drug or alcohol violations or refusals before hiring into safety-sensitive position

- willingness and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and trips lasting up to four consecutive overnights

- must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and comply with all uniform standards
- possess the legal right to work in the United States
- possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license or passport

- one year hospitality experience in hotel, restaurant, or retail industries preferred
- previous work experience in positions requiring face-to-face, public contact preferred
- college degree preferred
Job Duties
- Greet, direct, and assist passengers
- provide public announcements
- ensure passenger compliance with all safety requirements and federal regulations
- ensure the safety and comfort of passengers
- demonstrate leadership, confidence, and professionalism while handling various situations including passenger inquiries, operational changes, and emergencies
- provide clear and calm instructions during emergencies and be prepared to rapidly evacuate passengers from an aircraft
- assist passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors
- effectively diffuse challenging situations involving disorderly, intoxicated, and irate passengers
- care for and assist ill, injured, and incapacitated passengers and may administer first aid in compliance with government and company regulations
- carry out duties in confined spaces of aircraft aisles and galleys
- adapt to frequent changes in the work environment such as flight schedules, variable weather, and environmental conditions
- complete all responsibilities in a timely manner contributing to on-time departures and arrivals
