Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
- basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- physical ability to perform safety duties during flights
- ability to communicate clearly with passengers and crew
- valid cabin crew certification or willingness to obtain
- flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- coordinate preflight activities to ensure the proper maintenance status of emergency equipment
- monitor passenger welfare throughout all phases of flight
- deliver exceptional in-flight service and hospitality
- assist passengers with safety procedures and emergency protocols
- report to assigned pilot in command for all trip duties
- manage emergency situations calmly and effectively
- ensure compliance with aviation safety standards
