Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak in a clear, concise, and organized manner loudly enough to be heard in an emergency
  • Ability to pass a functional reach assessment
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, stretch, reach, lift heavy objects up to 250 lbs, and push/pull beverage cart
  • Ability to sit in an assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened
  • Ability to pass DOT/FAA drug screens
  • Ability to pass a 10-year background check
  • Ability to meet FAA hearing and vision requirements
  • Must have no visible tattoos on prohibited areas
  • Must follow guidelines for tattoos, adornments, and jewelry
  • Must be able to travel to and from all United served countries without restrictions
  • Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, background checks, fingerprinting, vision/hearing tests

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older at time of application
  • High school graduate or GED
  • 2 or more years of college preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in the service industry
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Proficiency in a second language highly desirable
  • Ability to hear all types and ranges of sound
  • Ability to communicate clearly in high-stress situations
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Ability to proficiently operate electronic devices
  • Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule

  • Serve and sell food and beverages in a professional manner

  • Complete training and qualification exercises including emergency evacuations
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
