Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak in a clear, concise, and organized manner loudly enough to be heard in an emergency
- Ability to pass a functional reach assessment
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, stretch, reach, lift heavy objects up to 250 lbs, and push/pull beverage cart
- Ability to sit in an assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened
- Ability to pass DOT/FAA drug screens
- Ability to pass a 10-year background check
- Ability to meet FAA hearing and vision requirements
- Must have no visible tattoos on prohibited areas
- Must follow guidelines for tattoos, adornments, and jewelry
- Must be able to travel to and from all United served countries without restrictions
- Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, background checks, fingerprinting, vision/hearing tests
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older at time of application
- High school graduate or GED
- 2 or more years of college preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience in the service industry
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- Proficiency in a second language highly desirable
- Ability to hear all types and ranges of sound
- Ability to communicate clearly in high-stress situations
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to proficiently operate electronic devices
- Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Job Duties
- Ensure the highest levels of safety
- Serve and sell food and beverages in a professional manner
- Engage directly with customers using outstanding interpersonal skills

- Complete training and qualification exercises including emergency evacuations
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fulfill reserve assignments on short notice

- Operate electronic devices necessary for job tasks
