Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Successful completion of federal background checks and eligibility screenings
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Height between 5 feet 0 inches and 5 feet 8 inches without shoes
  • Able to sit comfortably in assigned jumpseat without extension or modification
  • No visible tattoos or body piercings
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Current and valid passport

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of face-to-face customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience as a flight attendant preferred
  • Ability to speak and communicate in another language preferred
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Current and valid passport
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Able to sit comfortably in assigned jumpseat without extension or modification

Job Duties

  • Ensure the aircraft is clean, fully stocked, and prepared for customer boarding
  • Verify that all emergency equipment, life vests, oxygen masks, and supplies are present and in proper working order
  • Conduct or verify safety briefings during boarding and pre-flight
  • Secure the cabin and confirm with Captain that the aircraft is ready for departure
  • Provide attentive in-flight service to customers and crew
  • Remain calm and professional during routine duties and emergency situations
  • Apply training to assist with emergencies, including ditching and evacuation of special assistance passengers
