Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- ability to meet physical health and appearance standards
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Job Duties
- Provide constant attention to customers providing a safe and reliable onboard experience
- greet passengers monitor carry-on baggage and direct passengers to assigned seats
- remain positive respectful and understanding during challenging situations and passenger conflict
- maintain physical health and professional appearance standards
- maintain a thorough working knowledge of all emergency procedures and operate all emergency equipment onboard the aircraft
- explain the use of safety equipment to passengers in a clear concise manner
- serve beverages snacks and meals where applicable
- assist passengers in storing carry-on luggage in the overhead or under-seat storage
- inform passengers of Federal Aviation Regulations
- perform duties to assist with inflight medical emergencies and special needs passengers
- abide by policies outlined in the Code of Conduct Employee Handbook Flight Attendant Manual and Code Share Partner standards
