Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • ability to meet physical health and appearance standards
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

  • previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

  • knowledge of safety and emergency procedures preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide constant attention to customers providing a safe and reliable onboard experience
  • greet passengers monitor carry-on baggage and direct passengers to assigned seats
  • remain positive respectful and understanding during challenging situations and passenger conflict
  • maintain physical health and professional appearance standards
  • maintain a thorough working knowledge of all emergency procedures and operate all emergency equipment onboard the aircraft
  • explain the use of safety equipment to passengers in a clear concise manner
  • serve beverages snacks and meals where applicable
  • assist passengers in storing carry-on luggage in the overhead or under-seat storage
  • inform passengers of Federal Aviation Regulations
  • perform duties to assist with inflight medical emergencies and special needs passengers
  • abide by policies outlined in the Code of Conduct Employee Handbook Flight Attendant Manual and Code Share Partner standards
