Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to report to work at assigned base within 2 to 2.5 hours
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess and maintain valid passport and travel documents
- Meet FAA standards, policies, laws and regulations
- Candidate height must not exceed 5 feet 11 inches
- Ability to reach 6 feet 3 inches
- Ability to sit in assigned jumpseat without extension
- Ability to open emergency exits and move carts requiring significant physical force
- Ability to hear and respond in noisy environments
- Ability to work in confined spaces and manage allergens
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform guidelines
- Must be dependable, flexible, and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required, BA/BS preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possession of valid passport and travel documents
- Compliance with FAA regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Ability to maintain professional conduct and appearance
- Familiarity with mobile handheld devices
- Successful completion of 4 weeks of flight attendant training
- Successful completion of Initial Operating Experience
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing excellent service on every flight
- Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure
- Perform all work activities in accordance with standards, policies, laws, and FAA regulations
- Respond effectively during emergency situations and provide emergency medical assistance
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages and process payments
- Provide customer service assistance including lifting and stowing luggage
- Answer customer questions and assist special needs passengers
- Communicate clearly in public address announcements, safety demonstrations, and instructions
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety guidance
- Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Manage allergic reactions and work in confined spaces
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality
- Use mobile devices and basic computer programs
- Complete detailed incident reports and paperwork
