Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Must be 20 years of age to begin the interview process
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- Must maintain neat professional appearance including adherence to uniform and tattoo policies
- Willing to relocate to assigned base
- Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to travel for extended periods
- Adaptability to schedule changes with short notice
- Ability to fly both domestic and international routes
Job Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

- Physical ability to perform essential functions including lifting and reaching

Job Duties
- Follows all Federal Aviation Regulations and established Frontier Airlines policies and procedures
- Initializes and conducts emergency evacuation of cabin if necessary
- Conducts preflight safety check of cabin emergency equipment
- Ensures proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage prior to and during the flight
- Ensures cabin safety and security during all phases of flight including boarding and deplaning
- Prepares and secures doors and announces departure and arrival information to passengers over the PA system
- Provides instruction and demonstration of onboard safety features
- Sets up galley, checks supplies, stows beverage and snack carts and verifies count
- Sells snacks and beverages including alcohol, collects and stows all service items inflight and prior to landing, informs passengers of all onboard products
- Provides emergency medical assistance such as performing CPR and basic first aid
- Projects and maintains a positive attitude and composure at all times
- Performs tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 100 pounds
- Maintains professional appearance and complies with uniform and appearance guidelines
- Participates and complies with DOT, FAA, and Frontier Airlines drug and alcohol regulations
- Performs other duties as required
