Job Requirements

- at least 3 years work experience in business aviation or relevant field
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma
- at least 3 years work experience in business aviation or relevant field
- previous formal experience as a business aviation flight attendant preferred
- formal training as a business aviation flight attendant preferred
- formal culinary training or equivalent experience preferred
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- at least one year experience with aviation operations manuals and safety programs preferred
- experience with web-based productivity and communication tools preferred
- experience with mobile device applications and paperless operations preferred
Job Duties
- perform all duties in a safe and ethical manner
- remain highly flexible to support on-call and after-hours flight operations
- stay well-informed of all flight department guidance, policies, and procedures
- maintain readiness to assist or direct emergencies toward safe outcomes
- work directly with PIC, SIC, and flight team on trip planning and execution
- coordinate with flight attendant team and executive assistants on service needs
- investigate suitability of FBOs and manage cabin supply sourcing
- create and distribute trip menus in advance
- plan, order, shop, prepare and serve meals and beverages
- ensure galley, cabin, and lavatory are fully stocked
- prepare and maintain a safe cabin environment
- conduct VIP cabin service including setup, meal preparation, service and cleanup
- participate in pre and post flight briefings
- communicate safety and operational concerns to crew and leadership
- assist in cabin experience design projects and maintain passenger preferences
- participate in departmental projects assigned
