Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • at least 3 years work experience in business aviation or relevant field

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • at least 3 years work experience in business aviation or relevant field
  • previous formal experience as a business aviation flight attendant preferred
  • formal training as a business aviation flight attendant preferred
  • formal culinary training or equivalent experience preferred
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • at least one year experience with aviation operations manuals and safety programs preferred
  • experience with web-based productivity and communication tools preferred
  • experience with mobile device applications and paperless operations preferred

Job Duties

  • perform all duties in a safe and ethical manner
  • remain highly flexible to support on-call and after-hours flight operations
  • stay well-informed of all flight department guidance, policies, and procedures
  • maintain readiness to assist or direct emergencies toward safe outcomes
  • work directly with PIC, SIC, and flight team on trip planning and execution
  • coordinate with flight attendant team and executive assistants on service needs
  • investigate suitability of FBOs and manage cabin supply sourcing
  • create and distribute trip menus in advance
  • plan, order, shop, prepare and serve meals and beverages
  • ensure galley, cabin, and lavatory are fully stocked
  • prepare and maintain a safe cabin environment
  • conduct VIP cabin service including setup, meal preparation, service and cleanup
  • participate in pre and post flight briefings
  • communicate safety and operational concerns to crew and leadership
  • assist in cabin experience design projects and maintain passenger preferences
  • participate in departmental projects assigned
