Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 20 years old to start interview process
- Valid passport required with ability to travel in and out of the U.S. and to international destinations
- Must present professional appearance per airline guidelines including tattoo policy
- Willing to relocate to assigned base
- Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Willing to travel for extended periods
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes on short notice
- Ability to fly international and domestic routes
- Must comply with drug and alcohol testing and policies
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Must have vision and hearing sufficient to safely perform job duties
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Must be at least 20 years old to begin the interview process
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- Neat professional appearance adhering to Frontier inflight uniform and appearance guidelines
- Willingness to relocate to assigned base location
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work international and domestic routes
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage stressful situations with passengers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 100 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Follow all federal aviation regulations and Frontier Airlines policies
- Conduct emergency evacuation of cabin if necessary
- Perform preflight safety checks of cabin emergency equipment
- Ensure proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage
- Maintain cabin safety and security during boarding, flight, and deplaning
- Prepare and secure doors and announce departure and arrival information
- Demonstrate onboard safety features and provide safety instructions
- Set up galley and check supplies, manage beverage and snack carts
- Sell snacks and beverages, collect service items, and inform passengers about onboard products
- Provide emergency medical assistance including CPR and basic first aid
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Perform tasks involving frequent walking, bending, and reaching
- Comply with drug and alcohol regulations for safety-sensitive employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
