Job Requirements

  • Must be 20 years of age to begin interview process
  • high school graduate or GED
  • valid passport required
  • willingness to travel internationally
  • willingness to relocate
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
  • ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • must comply with uniform and appearance standards including tattoo guidelines
  • ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
  • must comply with DOT, FAA, and company drug and alcohol policies
  • ability to communicate fluently in English
  • ability to provide emergency medical assistance

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • must be 20 years of age to begin the interview process
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • valid passport and ability to travel internationally
  • must present a neat professional appearance adhering to uniform and appearance guidelines
  • willingness to relocate to assigned base location
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • fluency in English
  • ability to communicate effectively in stressful environments
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Follows all Federal Aviation Regulations and Frontier Airlines policies and procedures
  • initializes and conducts emergency evacuation of cabin if necessary
  • conducts preflight safety check of cabin emergency equipment
  • ensures proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage prior to and during the flight
  • ensures cabin safety and security during all phases of flight including boarding and deplaning
  • prepares and secures doors and announces departure and arrival information to passengers
  • provides instruction and demonstration of onboard safety features
  • sets up galley, checks supplies, stows beverage and snack carts and verifies count
  • sells snacks and beverages including alcohol, collects and stows service items inflight and informs passengers of onboard products
  • provides emergency medical assistance such as performing CPR and basic first aid
  • projects and maintains a positive attitude and composure at all times
  • performs tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching and lifting
  • maintains professional appearance and compliance with uniform guidelines
  • participates and complies with all DOT, FAA and company regulations regarding safety-sensitive transportation employees
