Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 20 years old to start interview process
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
  • Willingness to relocate to assigned base
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Must maintain a professional appearance adhering to uniform guidelines
  • Must comply with all FAA and DOT regulations
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Must be willing to fly both domestic and international routes
  • Must be physically able to perform tasks including bending, reaching, standing for long periods, and operating emergency equipment
  • No visible tattoos above collarbone or on hands
  • Willingness to accept schedule changes on short notice

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Must be 20 years of age to begin the interview process
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Valid passport required with ability to travel internationally
  • Must present neat professional appearance adhering to frontier inflight uniform and appearance guidelines
  • Willingness to relocate to assigned base location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to be secured in jump seats without modification
  • Must comply with all regulations regarding drug and alcohol compliance
  • Ability to adapt to schedule changes on short notice

Job Duties

  • Follow all federal aviation regulations and frontier airlines policies and procedures
  • Initialize and conduct emergency evacuation of cabin if necessary
  • Conduct preflight safety check of cabin emergency equipment
  • Ensure proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage prior to and during the flight
  • Ensure cabin safety and security during all phases of flight including boarding and deplaning
  • Prepare and secure doors and announce departure/arrival information to passengers over the PA system
  • Provide instruction and demonstration of onboard safety features
  • Set up galley, check supplies, stow beverage and snack carts and verify count
  • Sell snacks and/or beverages including alcohol, collect and stow all beverage and snack service items inflight and prior to landing, and inform passengers of all onboard products
  • Provide emergency medical assistance such as performing CPR and basic first aid
  • Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure at all times
  • Perform tasks that require frequent walking, bending to ankle level, and reaching above shoulder level and inside overhead bins
  • Be dependable and committed to completing work assignments per frontier airlines policies
  • Maintain professional appearance and compliance with uniform and appearance guidelines while in public view
  • Participate and comply with all DOT, FAA, and frontier airlines regulations regarding drug and alcohol compliance of safety-sensitive transportation employees
  • Perform other duties as required
