Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age of 20 years
  • customer service experience preferred
  • valid passport and international travel eligibility
  • adherence to appearance and uniform standards
  • willingness to relocate
  • flexible availability including nights and holidays
  • capability for extended travel
  • adaptability to schedule changes
  • ability to work international and domestic flights
  • must possess physical strength for heavy lifting and emergency equipment operation
  • excellent communication skills
  • fluency in English
  • drug and alcohol compliance as per DOT and FAA regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • must be 20 years of age to begin interview process
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • valid passport required with ability to travel internationally
  • must adhere to Frontier inflight uniform and appearance guidelines
  • willing to relocate to assigned base location
  • willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • willing to travel for long stretches of time
  • able to fly both international and domestic routes
  • excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • fluent in English
  • ability to communicate effectively in stressful environments
  • ability to work independently and in teams

Job Duties

  • Follows all Federal Aviation Regulations and Frontier Airlines policies and procedures
  • initializes and conducts emergency evacuation of cabin if necessary
  • conducts preflight safety check of cabin emergency equipment
  • ensures proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage prior to and during the flight
  • ensures cabin safety and security during all phases of flight including boarding and deplaning
  • prepares and secures doors and announces departure and arrival information to passengers
  • provides instruction and demonstration of onboard safety features
  • sets up galley, checks supplies, stows beverage and snack carts and verifies count
  • sells snacks and beverages including alcohol, collects and stows service items
  • provides emergency medical assistance such as performing CPR and basic first aid
  • maintains professional appearance and compliance with uniform guidelines
  • participates in all DOT, FAA, and Frontier drug and alcohol compliance regulations
  • performs other duties as required
