Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum age of 20 years to start interview
  • valid passport and international travel capability
  • professional grooming standards including tattoo regulations
  • willingness to relocate to assigned base
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • willingness to travel extensively
  • adaptability to schedule changes
  • ability to fly on both international and domestic routes
  • fluency in English
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • physical capacity to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently
  • ability to safely operate emergency and cabin equipment
  • compliance with all FAA, DOT, and Frontier safety and drug/alcohol regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • must be at least 20 years old to begin the interview process
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • valid passport required with the ability to travel internationally
  • professional appearance adhering to uniform and appearance guidelines
  • willingness to relocate to assigned base
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • readiness to travel for extended periods
  • ability to adapt to schedule changes
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds
  • ability to meet FAA and DOT safety standards

Job Duties

  • Follow all Federal Aviation Regulations and Frontier Airlines policies
  • conduct emergency evacuation of the cabin if necessary
  • perform preflight safety checks of emergency equipment
  • ensure proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage
  • maintain cabin safety and security during flight phases
  • prepare and secure doors and make announcements to passengers
  • demonstrate onboard safety features
  • set up galley and verify supplies
  • sell snacks and beverages onboard
  • provide emergency medical assistance such as CPR
  • maintain a positive attitude and composure
  • perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and reaching
  • comply with uniform and appearance guidelines
  • participate in drug and alcohol compliance programs
  • perform other duties as required
