Job Requirements
- Height must be 5'2 but no taller than 6'0
- willing to work up to 14 hours per day
- possession of a valid passport for unrestricted travel to/from the United States
- able to handle physical demands including stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs
- able to walk quickly through the over-wing exit
- able to sit in the flight attendant jump seat without modification
- proof of high school or GED completion
- minimum 21 years of age
- clear driving record
- pass 10-year criminal history records check
- pass drug screen
- professional appearance standards
- available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- two years of customer service experience preferred
- professional image with no visible tattoos or inappropriate piercings while in uniform
- able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- ability to walk comfortably down the aircraft aisle facing forward
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Handle a wide variety of situations while in continuous contact with the public
- work independently in the aircraft cabin without supervision
- ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers
- provide leadership in response to a variety of emergency and non-emergency situations
- work in a variety of climates and locations on variable shifts
