Job Requirements

  • Height must be 5'2 but no taller than 6'0
  • willing to work up to 14 hours per day
  • possession of a valid passport for unrestricted travel to/from the United States
  • able to handle physical demands including stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs
  • able to walk quickly through the over-wing exit
  • able to sit in the flight attendant jump seat without modification
  • proof of high school or GED completion
  • minimum 21 years of age
  • clear driving record
  • pass 10-year criminal history records check
  • pass drug screen
  • professional appearance standards
  • available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • two years of customer service experience preferred
  • professional image with no visible tattoos or inappropriate piercings while in uniform
  • able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • ability to walk comfortably down the aircraft aisle facing forward
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Handle a wide variety of situations while in continuous contact with the public
  • work independently in the aircraft cabin without supervision
  • ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers
  • provide leadership in response to a variety of emergency and non-emergency situations
  • work in a variety of climates and locations on variable shifts
