Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in flight attendant or related customer service role
- knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and safety protocols
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform safety duties
- willingness to undergo recurrent safety training
- valid security clearances as required
- proficiency in handling inventory and supplies
- strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Serve as crew member in the role of flight attendant
- assume direct responsibility for cabin safety on ground and in-flight
- manage cabin service including food and beverage preparation and serving
- liaise with aircraft caterers and ground handling staff at destination airports
- maintain cleanliness and organization of aircraft cabin including restocking galley and onboard supplies
- support and follow goals and objectives of safety management system and security protocols
- perform duties in accordance with Global Flight Operations Manual and standard procedures
- take charge in emergency situations and evacuations
- provide high-level onboard customer service
- shop and purchase required commissary items
- maintain snack items for freshness
- pre and post-flight aircraft cleaning and restocking
- comply with recurrent safety training and access requirements
- provide feedback on standard operating procedures
- establish stock and storage standards
- manage daily commissary stock and supplies
- handle aircraft bedding materials
- liaise with medical vendors and ensure emergency equipment compliance
- assist management with outfitting new aircraft
- coordinate supply orders and inventory
- manage onboard connectivity systems
- engage in continuous leadership education
- perform other duties as needed
