Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass all required safety training and certifications
  • Must meet physical requirements for flight attendants

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times during the flight
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and protocols
  • Greet passengers and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere on board
  • Assist passengers with any needs or requests such as providing blankets, meals, and beverages
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and crew members
  • Maintain a neat and orderly cabin throughout the flight
