Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- must be at least 20 years old
- valid passport required
- must adhere to professional appearance and uniform guidelines including tattoo policies
- willing to relocate to assigned base
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willing to travel extensively and adapt to last-minute schedule changes
- able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and reaching
- must comply with DOT, FAA, and Frontier policies on drug and alcohol testing
- able to communicate fluently in English
- must have sufficient vision and hearing
- willingness to fly international and domestic routes
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- minimum age of 20 years to begin interview process
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- professional appearance adhering to uniform and appearance guidelines
- excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 100 pounds occasionally
- ability to safely use seatbelt and shoulder harness without extensions
- willingness to relocate to assigned base location
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- willingness to travel long stretches and adapt to schedule changes
- ability and willingness to fly both international and domestic routes
Job Duties
- Follow all Federal Aviation Regulations and Frontier Airlines policies and procedures
- conduct emergency evacuation of cabin if necessary
- perform preflight safety check of cabin emergency equipment
- ensure proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage
- ensure cabin safety and security during all phases of flight including boarding and deplaning
- prepare and secure doors and announce departure and arrival information
- provide instruction and demonstration of onboard safety features
- set up galley, check supplies, and verify product counts
- sell snacks and beverages including alcohol, collect and stow service items
- provide emergency medical assistance such as CPR and basic first aid
- maintain a positive attitude and composure
- perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and reaching
- maintain professional appearance and compliance with uniform guidelines
- participate in all DOT, FAA, and company drug and alcohol regulations
- perform other related duties as required
