Job Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to report to assigned base within 2 hours (2.5 hours for NYC bases)
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Possession and maintenance of valid passport and travel documents
  • Compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
  • No tattoos on hands or fingers
  • Ability to cover non-hand/finger tattoos
  • Restrictions on facial piercings
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with mobile handheld devices
  • Ability to complete required training
  • Candidate height no more than 5'11.5"
  • Ability to reach minimum of 6'3"
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, sitting in jumpseat, and emergency operations
  • Ability to manage allergens
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and conduct

  • Capability to complete four weeks of initial training and on-the-job evaluation

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing excellent service
  • Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure
  • Perform all work in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
  • Respond effectively during emergency situations and provide medical assistance
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages and handle payment processing
  • Assist customers with luggage handling and provide support to individuals with special needs
  • Communicate effectively during safety demonstrations, announcements, and information updates
