Job Requirements
- high school or general education development diploma
- fluently read speak write and understand English
- successfully complete the company and FAA-required in-flight training program including initial and annual continuing education
- vision corrected to 20/20
- minimum two years customer service experience or equivalent
- willing to relocate to Houston TX or Miami FL
- able to operate onboard emergency exits and equipment
- able to lift 50 pounds and push beverage carts weighing 250 pounds or more
- able to reach overhead 70 inches without shoes
- able to stand for extended periods with limited rest
- able to be away from home for up to 21 days consecutively and work weekends and holidays
- valid passport with ability to travel unrestricted internationally
- able to obtain all visas permits and immunizations required
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to pass 10 year background check pre-employment drug test and criminal history check
- minimum age 21

Job Duties
- show up on time ready to work
- maintain high degree of technical competence and comply with all applicable regulations
- assist guests during boarding and conduct safety and emergency exit briefings
- interact with guests throughout the flight to provide services and hospitality
- continue attending to guests following food and beverage service
- operate onboard emergency exits and equipment effectively
- maintain a positive and approachable manner to enhance guest experience
