Job Requirements
- minimum 3 years of flight attendant experience with an international airline
- leadership experience in a similar role preferred
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- age at least 21 years
- fluent English language skills
- possession of valid passport
- ability to pass medical and background screening
- flexibility to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to complete paid cabin senior leadership training in Istanbul with provided accommodation and transport
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience such as serving as a purser or in a senior deputy role
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the US
- at least 21 years old
- possession of valid passport
- ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight safety and service briefings for crew
- manage crew performance and compliance
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy
- act as main liaison between flight deck and cabin crew
- oversee overall safety and security of the cabin
- ensure accurate in-flight documentation and reporting
- maintain high standards of service delivery
