Job Requirements
- Must be fully flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- availability for varying shifts including morning/swing, swing/grave, or grave
- reliable and adaptable to fill in for call-offs, vacations, or additional coverage needs
- ability to communicate effectively and write detailed incident reports
- physical capability to conduct patrols and monitor security equipment
- ability to operate and analyze security systems
- commitment to upholding safety and security protocols at all times
- completion of required background checks and screenings
Job Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays and any shift (day, swing, or overnight)
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- documentation of high school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- ability to pass an extensive screening process
- strong report writing skills
- good eyesight and excellent focus abilities
- strong proficiency with technology
- security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- possession of a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings
- willingness to obtain California Guard Card license if not already licensed
Job Duties
- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
- analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
