Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully complete a background investigation
  • Successfully complete post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
  • May be required to pass a Driver's Record check
  • Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
  • Allow appropriate entry into each venue, collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic
  • Demonstrate understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues and events
  • Initiate genuine, friendly and personal greetings to guests, thank them genuinely
  • Provide guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience
  • Interact with guests using a smile, natural speaking voice, friendly tone
  • Perform other duties as assigned
