Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully complete a background investigation
- Successfully complete post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- May be required to pass a Driver's Record check
- Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
- Allow appropriate entry into each venue, collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic
- Demonstrate understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues and events
- Initiate genuine, friendly and personal greetings to guests, thank them genuinely
- Provide guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience
- Interact with guests using a smile, natural speaking voice, friendly tone
- Perform other duties as assigned
