Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- reside within or relocate to a two-hour driving radius of Boulder base
- absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips on short notice
- pass Delta's initial flight attendant training program
- ability to perform physical demands of the role
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to complete a 6-week intensive flight attendant training program
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of safety procedures
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and environments
Job Duties
- Maintain a state of mission readiness during on-call blocks
- report to the airport within a two-to-three-hour window when contacted
- integrate seamlessly into newly formed crew configurations
- ensure compliance with safety protocols across multiple aircraft types
- deliver Delta's high standard of hospitality and complex meal services
- handle sudden itinerary changes and extended layovers with professionalism
- embody resilience and flexibility during irregular operations
