Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in designated language
- Translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- Provide culturally attuned customer service to international passengers
- Assist with customs declarations and immigration forms
- Provide emergency translation during medical or security events
- Execute standard pre-flight and in-flight duties
- Secure the cabin and provide premium meal services in Delta One cabins
