Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a similar role
  • Valid FAA certification
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass background and security checks
  • Physical ability to perform safety tasks and handle emergencies

  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills
  • Knowledge of FAA safety regulations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in conflict management
  • Training or experience in emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Lead pre-flight briefings and assign duty stations
  • Coordinate boarding and manage passenger issues
  • Oversee in-flight service and safety protocols
  • Support and mentor cabin crew members
  • Manage emergency situations and act as first responder
  • Conduct post-flight checks and file reports
  • Maintain compliance with FAA regulations
