Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a similar role
- Valid FAA certification
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass background and security checks
- Physical ability to perform safety tasks and handle emergencies

- Knowledge of FAA safety regulations

- Experience in conflict management
- Training or experience in emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Lead pre-flight briefings and assign duty stations
- Coordinate boarding and manage passenger issues
- Oversee in-flight service and safety protocols
- Support and mentor cabin crew members
- Manage emergency situations and act as first responder
- Conduct post-flight checks and file reports
- Maintain compliance with FAA regulations
