Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience as a flight attendant
  • valid FAA certification
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform safety duties
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • prior flight attendant experience
  • proven leadership and mentorship skills
  • knowledge of FAA regulations
  • ability to manage crew and passenger situations effectively
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in safety and emergency procedure coordination
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight briefings for the flight attendant crew
  • assign duty stations for the cabin crew
  • manage passenger issues and coordinate service in first class
  • oversee boarding process and make primary announcements
  • ensure compliance with safety and regulatory procedures
  • mentor and support junior flight attendants
  • handle in-flight emergency situations and medical incidents
