Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience as a flight attendant
- valid FAA certification
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- prior flight attendant experience
- proven leadership and mentorship skills
- deep knowledge of FAA regulations
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and decisively
- excellent communication and conflict management skills
- experience in crew coordination and passenger service
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight briefings for cabin crew
- assign duty stations to flight attendants
- manage passenger issues and resolve seating and baggage conflicts
- oversee service in the first-class cabin ensuring premium standards
- coordinate and lead the crew during emergencies
- conduct pre-flight safety checks and validate junior attendants' compliance
- file flight reports including service and incident documentation
