Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years flight attendant experience
- valid FAA certification
- prior leadership or supervisory experience in aviation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform safety checks
- excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- coordinate the cabin crew on CRJ-900 aircraft
- lead pre-flight briefings and assign duty stations
- manage passenger issues and first-class service
- lead crew in emergencies and safety protocols
- handle boarding processes and seating solutions
- oversee in-flight service and safety compliance
- complete post-flight reporting and crew performance documentation
