Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years as a flight attendant or equivalent experience
  • Valid FAA certification as a flight attendant
  • Successful completion of PSA Airlines inflight leader training program
  • Ability to obtain and maintain medical clearance for flight duties
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Prior flight attendant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
  • In-depth knowledge of FAA safety regulations
  • Strong conflict resolution and emergency management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Coordinate cabin crew activities and assignments during flights
  • Lead pre-flight briefings and ensure crew readiness
  • Manage passenger issues including seating and baggage conflicts
  • Oversee in-flight service delivery with an emphasis on first-class standards
  • Respond effectively to medical and safety emergencies on board
  • Conduct post-flight cabin inspections and file detailed reports
  • Mentor and support junior flight attendants to maintain operational excellence
