Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years as a flight attendant or equivalent experience
- Valid FAA certification as a flight attendant
- Successful completion of PSA Airlines inflight leader training program
- Ability to obtain and maintain medical clearance for flight duties
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Prior flight attendant experience
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
- In-depth knowledge of FAA safety regulations
- Strong conflict resolution and emergency management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Coordinate cabin crew activities and assignments during flights
- Lead pre-flight briefings and ensure crew readiness
- Manage passenger issues including seating and baggage conflicts
- Oversee in-flight service delivery with an emphasis on first-class standards
- Respond effectively to medical and safety emergencies on board
- Conduct post-flight cabin inspections and file detailed reports
- Mentor and support junior flight attendants to maintain operational excellence
