Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years as a flight attendant or equivalent role
- Valid FAA certification for flight attendants
- Demonstrated leadership experience in inflight operations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass required background checks and drug screenings

- Experience with CRJ-900 aircraft operations

Job Duties
- Lead pre-flight briefings for flight attendant crew
- Assign duty stations and manage cabin crew operations
- Oversee boarding process and liaise with gate agents
- Manage service delivery and safety protocols during flights
- Handle passenger issues and emergency situations
- Conduct post-flight checks and complete necessary flight documentation
- Mentor and lead cabin crew to uphold service and safety standards
