Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years as a flight attendant or equivalent role
  • Valid FAA certification for flight attendants
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in inflight operations
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass required background checks and drug screenings

Job Qualifications

  • Prior flight attendant experience
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills
  • Knowledge of FAA safety regulations
  • Strong conflict management abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
  • Experience with CRJ-900 aircraft operations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead pre-flight briefings for flight attendant crew
  • Assign duty stations and manage cabin crew operations
  • Oversee boarding process and liaise with gate agents
  • Manage service delivery and safety protocols during flights
  • Handle passenger issues and emergency situations
  • Conduct post-flight checks and complete necessary flight documentation
  • Mentor and lead cabin crew to uphold service and safety standards
