Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid flight attendant certification
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- prior flight attendant experience
- proven leadership and mentorship skills
- knowledge of FAA regulations
- ability to manage in-flight emergencies
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and coordination abilities
Job Duties
- lead pre-flight crew briefings
- assign duty stations to flight attendants
- manage boarding process and passenger seating issues
- oversee first-class cabin service quality
- coordinate crew actions during emergencies
- perform post-flight cabin checks and report filing
- mentor and lead cabin crew to ensure compliance with safety regulations
