Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid FAA flight attendant certification
  • prior experience as a flight attendant
  • demonstrated leadership experience in aviation or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to pass security and background checks
  • physical ability to meet job demands

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight briefings for the flight attendant crew
  • assign duty stations and manage crew responsibilities
  • coordinate boarding and resolve passenger issues
  • oversee service and safety protocols in-flight
  • act as first responder in medical and safety incidents
  • manage post-flight deplaning and documentation
  • mentor and lead cabin crew
