Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid FAA flight attendant certification
- prior experience as a flight attendant
- demonstrated leadership experience in aviation or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to pass security and background checks
- physical ability to meet job demands

Job Duties
- lead pre-flight briefings for the flight attendant crew
- assign duty stations and manage crew responsibilities
- coordinate boarding and resolve passenger issues
- oversee service and safety protocols in-flight
- act as first responder in medical and safety incidents
- manage post-flight deplaning and documentation
- mentor and lead cabin crew
