Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
- valid FAA flight attendant certification
- strong leadership and team management capabilities
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to pass security and background checks
Job Qualifications
- Prior flight attendant experience
- proven leadership and mentorship skills
- in-depth knowledge of FAA regulations
- excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- familiarity with cabin service procedures
- certification as a flight attendant or equivalent
Job Duties
- Lead pre-flight briefings for cabin crew
- assign duty stations and set service and safety standards
- manage boarding process and resolve passenger seating or baggage issues
- oversee first-class cabin service
- coordinate cabin crew during emergencies
- conduct post-flight checks and complete required reporting
- mentor and lead cabin crew throughout flights
