Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • valid FAA flight attendant certification
  • strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to pass security and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • Prior flight attendant experience
  • proven leadership and mentorship skills
  • in-depth knowledge of FAA regulations
  • excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • familiarity with cabin service procedures
  • certification as a flight attendant or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead pre-flight briefings for cabin crew
  • assign duty stations and set service and safety standards
  • manage boarding process and resolve passenger seating or baggage issues
  • oversee first-class cabin service
  • coordinate cabin crew during emergencies
  • conduct post-flight checks and complete required reporting
  • mentor and lead cabin crew throughout flights
