Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Native or highly proficient fluency in English and a designated target language
- Valid passport with unrestricted global travel access
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including multi-day international trips, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass background checks and security screening
- Must complete all airline required training and certifications
- Willingness to relocate to or commute to Trenton, NJ
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and designated international language (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Successful completion of third-party language proficiency examination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
- Experience in customer service or aviation preferred but not required
- Physically able to perform all flight attendant duties
Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in designated languages
- Translate safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- Provide culturally attuned customer service
- Assist passengers with completing international arrival documents and customs declarations
- Provide emergency translation during medical, security, or irregular operations
- Execute all standard pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties including cabin security and emergency equipment deployment
- Deliver premium meal services in Delta One cabins
