Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Physically capable of performing job-related activities such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Proficiency in using office and communication equipment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Knowledge of equipment operation including computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copier, and fax machine
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services
- Overcome customer objections
- Provide world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers between locations
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
