Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A CDL required
- hazmat endorsement required
- ability to obtain DOT medical card
- documented tractor-trailer experience
- clean driving record
- compliance with federal and state transportation regulations
- physical ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and occasionally 100lbs
- ability to safely enter, exit, and operate motor vehicle
- ability to work full-time with predictable attendance
- ability to work in a safe manner and maintain alertness during work hours
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- current or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- minimum 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- three years of DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- ability to follow all federal, state laws, regulations, and agency rules
- English language proficiency
- ability to work scheduled assignments and pass background and drug screening
Job Duties
- Travel to various work locations as needed
- perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to retail stores
- unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- comply with federal and state transportation laws and regulations
- maintain safety and operational protocols as per company standards
- communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
