Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years of experience in spa, guest services, or related professional area
  • Ability to travel 100 percent of the time
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to handle guest complaints and resolve employee issues
  • Knowledge of budget management and payroll processes
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and inventory within budget constraints
  • Must be able to work full time
  • Temporary position availability
  • Ability to work remotely with travel

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years experience in spa, guest services, or related professional area
  • Knowledge of budget comprehension and financial management
  • Experience in customer service and employee supervision
  • Ability to manage inventory and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Experience in conducting training and staff development
  • Capability to participate in employee recognition and discipline processes
  • Proficient in maintaining collaborative team environments

Job Duties

  • Assumes responsibilities of Spa Director in their absence
  • Ensures all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms
  • Manages supplies and equipment inventories within budget
  • Maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment
  • Sets a positive example for guest relations
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
  • Handles guest problems and complaints
  • Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service
  • Solicits employee feedback and addresses employee problems or concerns
  • Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback
  • Participates in progressive discipline procedures
  • Conducts employee training and orientation
  • Supports ongoing training initiatives
  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with employees
  • Assists Spa Director in managing day-to-day spa operations
  • Reviews comment cards and guest satisfaction results with employees
  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings
