Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications

- Be at least 21 years of age
- Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrate ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings or willingness to obtain them during hiring process
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
