Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in business administration, management, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
  • Experience with SalesForce/CRM technology
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and customer relationship management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Skill in identifying customer needs and presenting solutions effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and telephone skills with an aptitude for customer relationship building
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results
  • Proficiency with MS Office software, SalesForce/CRM technology and telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors (cross functional and throughout the organization) and customers
  • ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to OSHA, DOT, and EEOC

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive incremental revenue from existing accounts
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance, product recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and optimize territory performance
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives
