Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in business administration, management, marketing, or related field
- minimum of two years of proven successful sales experience
- strong customer relationship management skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to work full time
- authorization to work in the location applying
- ability to travel as needed
- proficiency in CRM and telecommunication software
Job Qualifications
- proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and telephone skills
- ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with MS Office, SalesForce/CRM technology and telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, and customers
- ability to ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws including OSHA, DOT, and EEOC
Job Duties
- develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence and drive sales growth
- build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
- proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive incremental revenue from existing accounts
- establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations
- act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance, product recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives
- effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
