Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in business administration, management, marketing, or related field
  • minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • adherence to all local, state, and federal laws including OSHA, DOT, and EEOC
  • ability to execute a vision and achieve results

Job Duties

  • develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence and drive sales growth
  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
  • proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive incremental revenue from existing accounts
  • establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations
  • act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance, product recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives
  • effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and optimize territory performance
  • stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives
