Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Commitment to compliance with local, state, and federal laws

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of two years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
- Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Skill in identifying customer needs and presenting solutions effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and telephone skills
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results
- Proficiency with MS Office software, SalesForce/CRM technology, and telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, and customers
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to OSHA, DOT, and EEOC
Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence and drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
- Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive incremental revenue from existing accounts
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance, product recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives
- Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and optimize territory performance
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives
