Job Duties
- Empty and clean all waste containers
- Remove waste paper and garbage from premises to selected area
- Damp wipe containers
- Empty and clean all ash trays
- Monitor and restore sand urn supplies
- Dust frames, charts, and wall hangings
- Damp dust ceiling and air conditioning diffusers and vents
- Vacuum mats and carpeted areas
- Dust and clean office furnishings and surfaces
- Wipe clean and buff metal hardware fixtures
- Clean and polish tile floors
- Damp wipe and buff glass furnishings
- Clean entry door glass inside and out
- Remove stains from doors and surrounding areas
- Wash and sterilize water coolers
- Sweep and vacuum private stairways
- Sweep and mop building floors
- Clean, sanitize, and restock bathroom supplies
