Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- at least 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- proficiency in front and back office systems including lightspeed, pms, gxp/empower, marsha, and hot sos
- knowledge of opera and fosse highly regarded
- union or cba experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
- driving adoption of key Marriott International initiatives
- leading shift teams to provide consistent, high quality service
- coordinating labor scheduling and staff training
- conducting daily stand-up meetings
- supporting compliance with brand standards and legal obligations
- managing department budget and reviewing performance data
