Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • at least 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • proficiency in front and back office systems including lightspeed, pms, gxp/empower, marsha, and hot sos
  • knowledge of opera and fosse highly regarded
  • union or cba experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
  • driving adoption of key Marriott International initiatives
  • leading shift teams to provide consistent, high quality service
  • coordinating labor scheduling and staff training
  • conducting daily stand-up meetings
  • supporting compliance with brand standards and legal obligations
  • managing department budget and reviewing performance data
