Job Requirements
- 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management or related major
- 3+ years of hotel systems experience or relevant experience
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- experience working with global technology teams and supporting global systems and operational processes
- strong presentation skills
- attention to detail
- comfortable working in deadline-driven environment with changing priorities

Job Duties
- develop and refine acceptance requirements
- create and execute test scenarios aligning with acceptance criteria
- conduct system user acceptance testing
- manage and maintain defects using Jira
- report on progress and status updates
- analyze and document business processes
- support change management materials and collaborate with IT to manage business requests
