Job Requirements
- Four-year degree preferred from an accredited university in business, information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of relevant professional experience in lodging, consulting, or communications related discipline
- Prior hotel or market experience and knowledge of Marriott lodging systems or business processes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 support environment including cutover readiness and real-time issue resolution
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Monday.com
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to effectively persuade and motivate stakeholders and team members
- Proven ability to drive compliance and governance
- Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage a 24/7 command center during cutover events
- Call properties falling behind on required tasks
- Coordinate and set up Microsoft Teams meetings as ‘Resolution Rooms’
- Track resolution room activity and monitor resolution progress
- Provide regular status reporting on incidents
- Assist Deployment team with channel communications and incident research
- Support and escalate property issues to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor incident compliance and communicate with teams to source missing information
- Properly flag incidents as “showstopper” or “non-showstopper”
- Resolve ServiceNow integration issues related to third-party vendors
- Generate and distribute incident and intelligence reports
- Manage action items identified through reporting
- Schedule and conduct meetings for aging incidents
- Perform ServiceNow hygiene and maintenance activities
- Maintain team readiness for escalations and urgent support requests
