Job Requirements
- 4-year bachelor's degree or 8+ years related work experience
- 3+ years experience managing multiple programs through a complex organization
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Preferred 2+ years experience managing programs in complex organizations
- Knowledge or experience of loyalty and/or VIP programs preferred
- Experience delivering projects on time and on budget
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with standard office tools and systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple programs and projects
- Experience in loyalty or VIP programs preferred
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and on budget
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in standard office tools and systems
Job Duties
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure timely processing of program-related activities
- Conduct audits and spot checks to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Participate in annual program reviews and assist with year-end data validation
- Submit and track invoices and statements of work to ensure timely completion
- Monitor and maintain accurate records for financial processes
- Provide backup support for events and assist with logistics as needed
- Coordinate team activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing offsite sessions for leadership
- Assist with transitioning responsibilities for select programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity
