Job Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Minimum six years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience consulting to business leaders and executing high impact solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Willingness to handle difficult and time-sensitive requests
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Availability for hybrid work schedule (1-3 days in office)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year degree or equivalent in business administration, hospitality management, technology or related field
  • Six or more years of progressive work experience in hotel, consulting, or business analytics
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing solutions in large, complex organizations
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Project management experience in large-scale consumer strategy projects preferred
  • Experience with loyalty, customer research, or customer experience programs preferred
  • Hospitality or lodging industry experience considered a plus
  • MBA or prior consulting experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Support senior director in managing interdependencies across D+TT workstreams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to meet project goals on time and budget
  • Provide ongoing financial and business analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Deliver presentations on strategic roadmaps and project updates to senior management
  • Engage internal partners to prepare communication materials for initiative deployment
  • Create standard templates to optimize program effectiveness
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead initiatives on behalf of Consumer Operations executives
  • Participate in strategy sessions and contribute to strategy development
  • Coordinate third-party vendors to ensure delivery quality and budget adherence
  • Design and facilitate forums to engage senior leaders and secure buy-in
  • Manage stakeholder coordination and input integration across workstreams
  • Track and manage resource and budget requests
  • Support execution of change strategy, communications, and training plans
  • Develop actionable recommendations to optimize performance and profitability
