Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years administrative or clerical experience
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to apply confidentiality rules
  • Proficiency in data entry and Windows applications
  • Ability to work night shifts Sunday through Thursday

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years administrative or clerical experience, fleet experience preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
  • Ability to communicate and interface with vendors and corporate employees
  • Ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Proficient in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent data entry skills including 10 key
  • Ability to provide feedback and excellent customer service
  • Ability to apply strict confidentiality rules

Job Duties

  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures
  • Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
  • Administer daily fleet maintenance records and process fleet invoices
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
  • Field telephone calls, file, and perform data entry
  • Maintain all fleet files and costing sheets
