Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Experience in automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry preferred
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% including by airplane
  • Willingness to wear company uniform
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Language skills are a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment
  • Automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, and documentation
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage day-to-day fleet operations to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Monitor and track shift activities including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and vehicle needs
  • Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts
  • Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches to maintain service levels
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth rental transactions and inventory management
  • Monitor fleet repair schedules and work orders
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to fleet operations
